Synopsis:

Altering the penalties the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is authorized to assess for a vehicle with security that terminates or otherwise lapses during its registration year; increasing the daily penalty for the continued violation of specified vehicle security requirements after a specified number of days; increasing the maximum penalty the MVA is authorized to assess for specified vehicle security requirements occurring within a specified time period; etc.
