Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Maryland Health Insurance Plan - Computerized Eligibility System

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of the Maryland Health Insurance Plan (MHIP) to authorize transfer of specified funds from the Maryland Health Insurance Plan Fund to the Major Information Technology Development Project Fund to design and develop a computerized eligibility system for the Medicaid Program; providing that specified money transferred shall be redistributed to the Maryland Health Insurance Plan under specified circumstances; providing for the purpose of the computerized eligibility system; etc.
