Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Rockville Town Center

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Rockville for the acquisition of land, and the design and construction of public improvements for the Rockville Town Center, including infrastructure, utilities, streetscaping, and public square improvements; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
