Synopsis:

Authorizing an insurer to conduct a pilot program in the State with the prior approval of the Insurance Commissioner; requiring the insurer to file with the Commissioner specified information about the pilot program and rates and forms the insurer proposes to use; requiring the Commissioner to approve the rates and forms before the insurer may conduct a pilot program; authorizing the Commissioner to approve a pilot program only for a specified period of time; etc.
