Agricultural Limited Liability Entities - Homestead Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Altering definitions under the Homestead Property Tax Credit law to include partners in agricultural limited liability partnerships within the definition of "homeowner" for property tax purposes under specified circumstances; applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2005; authorizing the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to accept specified applications on or before a specified date; etc.
