Fishing Licenses - Social Security Numbers - Requirements and Disclosure

Synopsis:

Altering a requirement so that only the last four digits of a Social Security number are required of applicants for recreational fishing licenses; altering a prohibition so that the last four digits of a Social Security number may not be disclosed under specified circumstances; altering requirements so that custodians of public records must deny specified inspections of the part of a recreational fishing license with the last four digits of a Social Security number; etc.
