Prince George's County - Property Tax Credits - Newly Constructed and Renovated Dwellings

Synopsis:

Authorizing the governing body of Prince George's County to grant, by law, a property tax credit against the county property tax imposed on newly constructed and renovated dwellings in specified areas for a 5-year period; limiting the property tax credits to a specified amount; reducing the amount of the property tax credit for newly constructed dwellings by 10% annually over a period of 5 years; establishing specified eligibility criteria; etc.
