Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person in a position of authority from engaging in a sexual act, sexual contact, or vaginal intercourse with a specified person under a specified age under specified circumstances; defining a term; providing for a statute of limitations for the prosecution of specified misdemeanors created by this Act; etc.
