Queen Anne's County - Property Tax Credits - Commercial Investment
and Economic Development
Authorizing the governing body of Queen Anne's County to grant, by
law, a property tax credit against the county property tax imposed on
businesses that make specified real property improvements; limiting
the maximum amount of the credit to a percentage of the increased
assessment and limiting the duration of the credit to 4 years; and
providing for the implementation of the credit.
