Synopsis:

Altering the households to which a developer converting a rental facility to a condominium is required to offer a 3-year lease extension to include specified individuals with disabilities; altering the allocation of specified units to specified households; defining the term "disability"; repealing the definition of the term "handicapped citizen"; providing for the application of the Act; etc.
