Education - Student Suspension - In-School Requirement

Synopsis:

Defining the term "suspension" to require specified students to report to a specified school location and specified school official or teacher on school grounds for a number of school days determined by the school principal; and prohibiting school officials from removing students from school grounds as a condition of suspension except in specified circumstances.
