Maryland Uniform Athlete Agents Act - Contact with Individuals Associated with Student-Athlete

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an athlete agent from initiating contact with anyone associated with a student-athlete, including the parent, blood relative, or legal guardian of the student-athlete, unless the athlete agent is licensed under the Maryland Uniform Athlete Agents Act; altering a specified definition; and generally relating to the Maryland Uniform Athlete Agents Act.
