Creation of a State Debt - Caroline County - Denton National Guard Armory

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $1,100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of County Commissioners of Caroline County for the repair, reconstruction, renovation, and capital equipping of the Denton National Guard Armory; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provided and expend a matching fund; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
