Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Fire Museum of Maryland

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $462,500, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Fire Museum of Maryland, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Fire Museum of Maryland; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; establishing a deadline for the encumbrance or expenditure of the loan proceeds; etc.
