Crimes - Caregiver Convicted of Identity Fraud - Prohibition Against Contracting with Vulnerable Adult

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person convicted of a violation of the identity fraud law from entering into a contract to provide caregiver services to a vulnerable adult; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; establishing that a contract for caregiver services between a vulnerable adult and a person convicted of violating the identity fraud law is voidable by a vulnerable adult; and defining terms.
