Civil Liability - AMBER Alert Dissemination - Immunity for Media and Commercial Mobile Radio Service Providers

Synopsis:

Exempting broadcasters, commercial mobile radio services, and their agents, who in good faith broadcast or disseminate an AMBER alert after receiving an AMBER alert notification from a law enforcement agency, from civil liability for any damages arising from that broadcast; providing for the construction of the Act; etc.
