Synopsis:

Specifying that the Worcester County Democratic Party Central Committee shall consist of eleven members, seven of whom shall be elected from each of seven county commissioner districts and four of whom shall be elected at large by the eligible voters of the entire county; and staggering the terms of the members of the Central Committee.
