Altering the termination date for Chapter 347 of the Acts of 2005,
which altered criteria for determining when an employee is considered
an eligible employee for small group market health insurance, repealed
provisions that established when an individual is considered to be a
small employer under small group market health insurance, repealed a
requirement that a carrier establish an open enrollment period for
self-employed individuals, and authorized specified individuals to
remain covered under a specified health benefit plan; etc.
