Long-Term Care Insurance - Premium Increase - Refund of Premiums Paid

Synopsis:

Authorizing the insured under a policy of long-term care insurance to surrender the policy to the insurer for cancellation if the insurer raises the premium; and providing that on written notice to the insurer the insured is entitled to a refund of all money paid in premiums but not used.
