Synopsis:

Requiring an interview of an applicant for a vacancy on the Charles County Board of Education to be conducted at a meeting open to the public; requiring the Board to publish a list of names of the applicants for a vacancy on the Board within a specified time period; providing that Board discussions concerning applicants and the selection of the voting member of the Board need not occur at a meeting open to the public; etc.
