Synopsis:

Removing the Tuscarora District in Frederick County from the list of election districts in which a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages may not be issued; adding the Tuscarora District to the list of districts in which specified alcoholic beverages licenses may be issued; and submitting the Act to a referendum of the legally qualified voters of Frederick County.
