Health Insurance - Insurance Producers That Sell Medicare Part D
Prescription Drug Coverage - Limitations on Sale of Other Insurance
Prohibiting an insurance producer that sells a Medicare Part D
prescription drug policy to an individual from communicating with the
individual by specified means, for 30 days after the date of the sale,
for the purpose of selling to the individual any other kind of
insurance that the insurance producer is licensed to sell in the
State; and providing that the prohibition does not apply to a
communication made by an insurance producer to an individual at the
individual's request.
