Transportation - Passenger Railroad Service - Maryland Transit Pass (Smart Card) Program

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Maryland Transit Administration from installing a fare collection vending machine for the Maryland Transit Pass (Smart Card) program at specified stations for specified passenger railroad services unless the stations, on average, provide service for at least 15 passengers per day at each stop over a specified period of time.
