Alcoholic Beverages - Winery Special Event Permits

Synopsis:

Increasing to 15 the number of winery special event permits the Comptroller may issue to a Class 4 limited winery in a calendar year; increasing to five the number of permits that may be issued in a year to a limited winery for use in the same political subdivision; and increasing to 12 the number of bottles of wine that a permit holder may sell to a consumer under specified circumstances.
