Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person under age 18 from standing in a roadway, median divider, or intersection in Montgomery County to solicit money or donations from an occupant of a vehicle; authorizing the Anne Arundel County Council to prohibit, by ordinance, a person under age 18 from standing in a roadway, median divider, or intersection in Anne Arundel County to solicit money or donations from an occupant of a vehicle; etc.
