Synopsis:

Authorizing use of the money from the Special Administrative Expense Fund for specified administrative purposes related to the unemployment insurance program under specified circumstances; altering the circumstances under which the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation is required to direct the State Treasurer to transfer a balance; and requiring the Secretary to submit a report each year to the Governor and to specified committees of the General Assembly.
