Entitled:
Solar Energy Tax Credit

Synopsis:

Establishing a credit against the State income tax for specified costs of equipment that uses solar energy to generate electricity or to heat or cool a structure or provide hot water for use in a structure; and prohibiting the use of the credit if an individual or corporation receives a grant under the Solar Energy Grant Program.
