Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in consultation with the Maryland Health Care Commission and specified stakeholders, to develop a standard assisted living program services disclosure statement; providing for the purpose of the disclosure statement; requiring an assisted living program to file the disclosure statement with the Office of Health Care Quality; requiring an assisted living program to file an amended disclosure statement with the Office under specified circumstances; etc.
