Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Teachers' Retirement Income

Synopsis:

Providing a subtraction modification under the State income tax for specified retirement income received by an individual that is attributable to specified employment as a public school teacher in the State; providing that retirement income that is included in a specified subtraction may not be taken into account for purposes of a specified subtraction modification allowed under the income tax for specified individuals who are at least a specified age or who are disabled or have disabled spouses; etc.
