Synopsis:

Increasing the annual salary of the Sheriff of Prince George's County beginning with a specified calendar year; increasing the maximum amounts received by the Sheriff and the assistant sheriffs of Prince George's County for specified expenses; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of the incumbent Sheriff of Prince George's County.
