Authorizing a person aggrieved by a discriminatory public accommodation practice to bring a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction; authorizing a court to grant relief if the court finds that a discriminatory public accommodation practice occurred; authorizing a person aggrieved by a discriminatory employment practice to bring a civil action in a specified court under specified circumstances; authorizing a court to grant relief if the court finds that a discriminatory employment practice occurred; etc.
