Family Law - Court-Ordered Visitation - Preference of an Older Child

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court, in a custody or visitation proceeding, to consider making or modifying a visitation order to accommodate a specified preference of a child at least 14 years of age; authorizing the court to consider making or modifying a specified visitation order to accommodate a specified preference of a child under 14 years of age under specified conditions; and authorizing a court to consider the school and extracurricular activities of the child in making or modifying a visitation order.
