Synopsis:

Creating a Class 6 limited wine wholesaler's license and a nonresident winery permit; providing for a specified permit fee; authorizing the Office of the Comptroller to issue a nonresident winery permit to a person that meets specified requirements; authorizing the holder of a nonresident winery permit to sell and deliver its own wine from a location outside of the State to specified persons; etc.
