Synopsis:

Excluding specified items from the definition of "assets" for specified purposes; increasing from $150,000 to $300,000 the maximum assessed value of a dwelling on which the State Homeowner's Property Tax Credit is calculated; altering the computation of the credit; increasing from $200,000 to $300,000 the maximum combined net worth that a homeowner may have to qualify for the State Homeowner's Property Tax Credit; etc.
