Procurement - Service Contracts - Employee Compensation Standards

Synopsis:

Requiring nonexempt service contracts to contain provisions that establish employee compensation at a specified level; requiring that notice of specified employee rights be given employees affected by specified contracts at specified points in the procurement process; providing employees affected by specified contracts with standing to contest specified actions; authorizing State courts to take specified actions under specified circumstances; etc.
