Motor Vehicle Administration - Drivers' Licenses - Renewal

Synopsis:

Altering the period of time from 5 years to 2 years that the driver's license of an individual who is at least 71 years old shall remain valid; requiring an applicant for license renewal who is at least 66 years old to renew the license in person at an office of the Motor Vehicle Administration; and prohibiting the Administration from renewing the driver's license of an individual under specified circumstances.
