Entitled:
Hometown Heroes Act of 2006 - Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Retirement Income of Law Enforcement, Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Services Personnel

Synopsis:

Providing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for retirement income of a resident who is at least 50 years old attributable to the resident's employment as a law enforcement officer or the individual's service as fire, rescue, or emergency services personnel; applying the Act to tax years after 2005; etc.
