Slot Machines and Other Video Gaming Devices - Cash Payouts - Notice and Penalties

Synopsis:

Making knowledge an element of the criminal offense of locating, possessing, keeping, or operating a slot machine in the State; making it a misdemeanor for a person to sell, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer a slot machine or other video gaming device unless the person meets specified requirements; requiring the person to inform the operator of a specified establishment by written notice that cash payouts may not be awarded to players; requiring a specified person to have installed a specified sign above each video gaming device; etc.
