Synopsis:

Creating a Class BLX (deluxe restaurant) (on-sale) beer, wine and liquor license in Anne Arundel County; allowing a licensee to hold a specified maximum number of licenses under specified conditions; specifying areas in which restaurants for which BLX licenses are sought must be located; requiring the Anne Arundel County Economic Development Corporation to conduct a study on dividing the county into alcoholic beverages districts; etc.
