Synopsis:

Requiring the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners each school year to determine the average class size for each grade for the schools under its jurisdiction; requiring the average class size calculation to be made on a specified date each school year; and requiring the Board to submit an annual report of its findings to the Baltimore City House and Senate delegation to the General Assembly.
