Vehicle Laws - Special Registration Plates for Class B (For Hire) Vehicles - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Providing that a Class B (for hire) vehicle is not eligible for specified special motor vehicle registration plates; providing that registration plates issued for a Class B (for hire) vehicle before the effective date of the Act shall remain valid until the regular expiration of the registration; and providing that the Motor Vehicle Administration is not required to reclaim any special registration plates or issue replacement plates for a vehicle as a result of the Act until a specified time.
