Vehicle Laws - Traffic Control Devices - "No Outlet" Signs

Synopsis:

Requiring a local authority to install a sign with the words "no outlet" when the local authority places or replaces in its jurisdiction a sign indicating a highway will end in a dead end or cul-de-sac or marking the entrance to a highway or highway network from which there is no other exit; and requiring a sign installed under the Act to conform to the manual and specifications of the State Highway Administration.
