Synopsis:

Authorizing in Baltimore County a holder of any class of retail off-sale alcoholic beverages license to sell alcoholic beverages for off-sale consumption on specified hours on the Sunday preceding Rosh Hashanah and on the Sunday preceding Yom Kippur.
