Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $25,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Peerless Rockville Historic Preservation, Ltd. and the Board of Directors of Higgins Cemetery Historic Preservation Association, Inc. for the restoration of the Historic Higgins Cemetery property, located in Rockville; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
