Synopsis:

Altering the wine tasting license issued in Frederick County to be a beer and wine sampling or tasting license; setting the annual fee of the license at $200; setting a specified limit on the quantity of a given brand of beer an individual may consume at a beer and wine sampling or tasting event; repealing the restriction on the number of events that may be held in a licensing period; etc.
