Requiring the Maryland Health Care Commission, on or before October 1,
2006, and notwithstanding specified other provisions, to grant a
specified waiver for the Atlantic C-PORT II Trial: Non-Primary
Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Study; providing for the purpose of
the Study; prohibiting the Commission, notwithstanding specified other
provisions, from approving any new open heart surgery programs before
January 1, 2010; and requiring the Commission to submit a specified
report on or before January 1, 2010.
