Synopsis:

Authorizing full-time deputy sheriffs at the rank of lieutenant and below in the Baltimore County Sheriff's Office to take specified actions or refrain from taking specified actions in connection with specified labor organizations and collective bargaining activities; authorizing specified deputy sheriffs to select a labor organization as their exclusive representation unit; authorizing specified deputy sheriffs to engage in specified collective bargaining with the Baltimore County Administration, or its designee; etc.
