Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Environmental Health Conditions in Maryland's Portable Classrooms; requiring the Task Force to study environmental health conditions in portable classrooms throughout the State, including identifying unhealthy conditions and their extent, evaluating specified subjects relating to air quality in portable classrooms, identifying and recommending best practices to prevent harmful environmental health conditions in portable classrooms; etc.
