Synopsis:

Altering the manner in which an obligor subject to an earning withholding order is required to give notice of a change of address or employment; altering the manner in which a recipient of support is required to give notice of a change of address; specifying the time period within which notice must be given; and altering the contents of a statement required to be included in specified orders and notices.
