Vehicle Laws - Drunk Driving Penalties - High Alcohol Concentration - Mandatory Ignition Interlock System

Synopsis:

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to require a person to participate in the Ignition Interlock System Program for a specified period of time if the person refused to take a specified test or if a test result indicates an alcohol concentration of .15 or more; etc.
